The clubhouse and/or loft are available for rental to members who have been a member in good standing for at least one year.  The board may waive this policy and increase the deposit by $100. 00. 

Reciprocal Yacht Clubs may rent the loft and/or clubhouse with HIY&GC board approval.  No loft rentals are allowed when HIY&GC events are planned, unless approved by the Facilities Manager and/or the Club Commodore.

Loft Rentals: $50.00 per night for 1-2 persons. Please add $10.00 per night for each additional person to a maximum of 4 people.  Holiday weekends are a minimum of $150.00 or 3 night stay which is conditional if not booked 2 weeks prior to the holiday.

When renting the loft please be aware that other portions of the facilities may also be in use including the clubhouse, the Harbor Lights room next to the loft and the bathrooms.  

A $100.00 deposit will be collected at the time the loft reservation is made.  Refundable when the cleaning list has been completed and the room has been inspected.

A non-refundable linen charge of $20.00 will be added to the loft rental cost.

Loft renters may use the kitchen (if not in use), however you must clean up after meals and remove coolers and food from the kitchen after each meal.  

Loft renters personal items such as bags, golf clubs and coolers must be kept in the loft room not down stairs or public areas

Loft check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 noon.

Clubhouse Rentals: Rates are for a 24 hour period.  Check IN/OUT 10 AM (Does not include the loft)

              Up to 25 people: $100.00

              Up to 75 people: $200.00

              Over  75 people: $300.00

The clubhouse deposit of $200.00 will be due when the reservation is made.  Refundable when the cleaning list has been completed and the facility has been inspected.

Clubhouse rentals have full use of the kitchen and outside areas with the exception of locked areas.

There are instructions posted in the kitchen for cleanup and use of the dishwasher.

General information/regulations

• Rates are for adults and children.
• No pets are allowed in the facility.
• Keys can be picked up from the facilities Manager or designee after all fees are paid and agreement is signed.   A temporary door code is available.
• When checking out, please complete the attached cleaning list to insure return of your deposit.
• The garbage cans need to be emptied; including trash, burnable and recycling.
• Please leave any beach treasures outside the clubhouse.
